Artists from different states are endeavouring to integrate their respective regional folk art with the International Gita Mahotsav till December 24. Every artist of the country is eager to come to this Mahotsav. Tourists have again got the opportunity to see the folk culture on the banks of Brahma Sarovar. Sharing information in this regard an official spokesperson said that artists from different states have arrived at the International Gita Mahotsav on behalf of the North Zone Cultural Art Center (NZCCC). He said that during the International Gita Mahotsav the artists have beautifully showcased the artistry of their respectives states. Despite the modern era, these artists have kept their art alive and well, even reaching out to foreign lands. They say the International Gita Mahotsav provides a platform for them to showcase their artistry. He highlighted that artists from states like Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, among others, are portraying their cultures through folk dances at the Mahotsav.
