DW BUREAU / chandigarh The Panjab University (PU) admissions are open from Wednesday with the launch of website for admission of Academic session 2020-21 by Prof Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor to various UG, PG, certificate, diploma, advance diploma and post-graduate diploma courses in the presence of Prof R K Singla, Dean of University Instruction and Prof Sukhwinder Singh, Director, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Computer Centre, PU. The software for online admission has been developed by the software development team of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Computer Centre of PU headed by Prof Sukhwinder Singh. Last year, this admission process was outsourced to the software development company. Handbook of Information 2020-21 is available at https://puchd.ac.in/important-documents.php for general public. This year, Handbook of Information is available faculty-wise for the convenience of students as well as staff of various teaching Departments/Centres/Institutes of PU. A total of 153 courses have been listed on the given links as follows: For UG / CC courses (based on 10+2 marks): http://ugadmissions.puchd.ac.in. For PG / CC / Diploma / Advance Diploma / PG Diploma: http://onlineadmissions.puchd.ac.in.
