Group D recruitment to be completed by next month: Khattar

Apart from this, the Chief Minister announced to allot land earmarked for shops, petrol pumps, service stations, restaurants etc. in the auto market. Today, the Chief Minister was listening to the grievances of the shopkeepers after conducting a surprise inspection of the auto market of Sirsa. He said that 210 new shops will be constructed in the auto market at a cost of Rs. 7 crore and these shops will be allotted through auction. These shops will be distributed only to those people who are working in the area related to this sector. In this way the right people will get the benefits of the shops and the auto market will also be completely developed, CM added. The Chief Minister said that an auction will soon be held for setting up a petrol pump on the land earmarked for the petrol pump in the auto market. Its minimum base price will be kept at Rs. 9 crore. He said that 36 shops have been built by the Municipal Council on about one acre of land in the Auto Market, which will be auctioned to the shopkeepers as per the collectorate rate. The Chief Minister said that space has also been earmarked for two service stations and a restaurant in the auto market. This land will also be sold through auction. In this way the auto market will be equipped with all facilities. After arriving at the Sirsa Auto Market and inspecting the market established 38 years ago in 1985, the Chief Minister listened to the problems of the shopkeepers. He conducted this thorough inspection today to find solutions to all the ongoing issues in the market. After this, the Chief Minister met more than 750 families displaced from Thehar to the Housing Board flats and also listened to their problems. The Chief Minister said that as per the orders of the court, the families who were temporarily settled in Housing Board flats from the land of the Archeology Department will soon be given plots of 100-100 Gaj by purchasing land in Salarpur village. The Chief Minister said that the recruitment work of Group D will be completed by next month. Journalists of Sirsa expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister by honouring him with a shawl for enhancing their pension. Thereafter, Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal inspected the Sirsa grain market, assessed the crop procurement, and also heard the issues of farmers and traders.
