He asked the officers to discharge their duties with unwavering dedication. Kaushal was addressing the HCS officers of the 2023 batch, welfare officers of military and paramilitary forces, and officers of the Indian Telecommunication Services at the Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA) at Gurugram. The Chief Secretary said that the officers accessibility is a vital factor in promoting the welfare of the common people. Therefore, it is essential to make sustained efforts to ensure that government schemes provided by various departments are easily accessible to the needy. Kasuhal urged the officers to stay updated with the latest technology and information. Maintaining a close association with the public is important for promptly addressing their concerns. He further asked the officers to establish a dialogue with the public and emphasise the importance of balancing personal and professional lives for problem-solving.
