The setting up of the creche will enable the employees to leave their children while they are at work and where the children will be provided with a stimulating environment for their holistic development. The employees working in the secretariat will stay worry-free at the workplace. This creche is equipped with all adequate facilities to look after the kids of employees at the workplace. While inspecting the facilities at creche here today, the Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal directed the officers to add more toys in the creche. He directed the officers to voluntarily engage the mother employees to look after their child in the creche at the workplace. During inspection, Special Secretary, Secretariat Establishment, Sh. Samwartak Singh Khangwal apprised the Chief Secretary that all child care facilities including baby feeding room, pantry, medicine kit, first aid box, clean drinking water and washrooms are made available in the creche. While taking a round of the Haryana Civil Secretariat library, the Chief Secretary also directed the officials of the library to make arrangements for more e-Books and to add magazines on Kindle.
