DW Bureau / Chandigarh, February 18: Ahead of the 5th Edition of Daily World Marathon to be held at the Capitol Complex in Chandigarh, Governor of Punjab and UT Administrator Shri Banwarilal Purohit on Saturday unveiled the "Daily World Marathon T-shirt" at Punjab Raj Bhawan here. Daily World Editor-in-Chief Manish Tiwari was present on this occasion. 

The Marathon is being organised by Daily World Newspaper in association with the UT Administration March 31. Thousands of participants from across India and the world are expected to take part in the biggest marathon of Chandigarh.

The four runs include full Marathon (42.2 km), half marathon (21 km), 10 km and 5 km (fun run). The winners in different categories shall be given cash prizes worth Rs 10 lakh. 

The Governor of Punjab and UT Administrator will be the Chief Guest at the occasion.
